Google Workspace through Corply

A separate quote and payment

Google Workspace is separate from Corply’s existing work-email service and company plan. Review the selected edition, account addresses, initial administrator, exact monthly total, renewal and cancellation terms, and quote expiry before approving the offer. The secure checkout separately authorizes the actual payment and renewals. This flow supports flexible monthly plans in USD; it does not sell an annual commitment. No public example or Google list price substitutes for your reviewed Corply quote.

Corply keeps future renewals paused while setup is pending. A provider or payment problem remains visible as pending or requiring attention. The exact offer and checkout govern the accepted price; applicable refunds and payment disputes follow the Billing & Refund Policy and the terms shown for the order. Contact Corply support if setup cannot be completed or a charge is incorrect.

Your company’s Google tenant and administrator

Setup is for a separate Google Workspace customer tenant belonging to your company and its domain. The selected company member receives the initial Google administrator handoff. Corply does not place your accounts inside Corply’s own employee tenant. Your company controls its account administration and is responsible for authorized users, recovery, security, retention, and its instructions concerning company data. Any reseller or distributor administrative access is limited to the authorized setup, subscription and support relationship.

Your authorized administrator must personally review and accept the applicable Google Workspace agreement in Google. Approving a Corply quote does not accept Google’s terms. Corply does not accept them on your behalf. Ready accounts use Gmail and Google Calendar directly in Google; these Corply setup tools do not read messages or calendar events.

Existing mail and verified setup

An existing mail service requires explicit migration consent and an agreed handoff. Existing messages are not automatically copied into Gmail. Corply must verify the tenant, subscription, domain, requested accounts, mail routing, Google agreement and administrator handoff before displaying the service as ready. Operator verification is labeled as such. Retain access to your existing mail and arrange any required archive or message migration before the routing change.

Cancellation and continued access

A company billing manager can cancel an eligible unpaid request or request subscription cancellation in Company settings or through the universal Corply MCP connection. Subscription cancellation stops future Corply renewals and queues cancellation with the distributor or Google. The product separately shows when the provider cancellation is confirmed. Access continues through the confirmed paid period subject to the provider’s applicable terms. This action does not delete your company’s Google accounts or mail. Arrange exports or a supported provider transfer before service ends; transfers are handled with Corply support and are not automated by this flow.

Setup records and company data

Corply stores the company domain, selected member and account identifiers, initial administrator selection, consent, quotes, billing references, status and setup evidence needed to provide and support this service. Authorized operators share the necessary setup details with Google and the fulfillment distributor. Never send passwords, recovery codes or payment credentials through chat or ordinary setup forms. Secure administrator access is handed off separately.

Your company’s Workspace content is hosted by Google under the applicable Google agreement and data-processing terms. Your company remains responsible for the controller obligations applicable to its company data; Google’s contractual processing role is governed by that agreement. Corply’s limited setup, subscription and support processing does not give Corply ownership of your mail or a general authorization to read it. Corply’s own account, billing and operational records are handled under the Corply Privacy Policy. Optional Gmail document discovery has its own separate permission and purpose.
