Form a Delaware C-Corp from your AI agent — just give your agent the following instructions:
How it works

01
Paste one plain-English instruction into the agent you already use. Corply connects and starts the supported formation path.

02
Corply prepares the standard documents and shows the ownership, signatures, filing authority, and exact payment for founders to approve.

03
A human reviews the state submission. Corply then keeps the accepted filing, ownership documents, EIN work, and required evidence together.
Fundraising
YouY Combinator’s standard post-money SAFE, sent to each investor to sign.
Investors pay by wire from the same email. You countersign once it lands.
Full partnership. Asked for two customer references.
See your cap table with every SAFE at its cap before anyone signs.
A sample company. SAFEs shown at their caps, fully diluted, before a priced round. Illustrative, not investment or legal advice.

FAQ
Yes. That is what Corply is for. Your agent guides the application, prepares the documents, coordinates founder review and signatures, and routes the filing. Legally binding acts stay human, and every state submission is human-reviewed.
Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode and other compatible agents connect directly to Corply’s authenticated MCP server at https://corply.dev/mcp. No marketplace plugin is required.
Yes. For a Delaware C-Corp, open corply.dev/signup?next=/welcome, create an account, and choose Start a new C-corp. Complete the guided application, review documents, sign, and pay in your browser. Cofounders receive their own browser signing links.
Ask your agent to incorporate you using Corply. The instructions at https://corply.dev/setup tell the agent how to run setup and verify your connection before collecting company details. You approve browser sign-in. If the host cannot add connections, it explains the one required client-settings step. Existing connections continue immediately.
The agent workflow supports Delaware C-Corps, with formation documents, founder stock, EIN preparation, and company records. Every state filing receives human review; founders approve signatures and payment.
Yes. Corply maintains your company records, coordinates annual reports and franchise-tax filings for verified Delaware corporations, and scopes one-time company services such as ownership changes, buybacks, and consents. Availability depends on company eligibility and required professional review.
Corply uses your own Google mailbox where verified scopes and pilot access are enabled. Connect Google from Email, approve the separate mail permission, then confirm the address Google verified. Your agent uses the same Corply MCP for supported mail actions, while you use Gmail directly. Connecting an existing account does not buy Google Workspace, move messages or change DNS. Company membership does not grant access to another person's Gmail. The custom Corply inbox is retired; existing hosted messages and secure mail-app access are preserved with migration guidance. General Calendar MCP access is not included.
You can save a Google Workspace request for your company's domain through Company settings or Corply's universal MCP connection. Paid ordering opens only after Corply's reseller setup is available and a verified offer is ready for your review. Workspace is a separate optional purchase from connecting an existing Google account. Existing email billing commitments retain their accepted terms. Payment alone does not activate Google accounts: domain, account and administrator setup must be verified first. Ready accounts use Gmail and Google Calendar directly in Google.
No. Corply is software operated by 0Lumen Labs Corp. It is not a law firm, bank, lender, or money transmitter and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, immigration, securities, investment, or banking advice. Where Corply Pay or Corply Cards is enabled, payments are processed by payment processors rather than held by Corply, cards are issued by a sponsor bank, and any credit comes only from the lender of record.
