State compliance estimate

State reports and taxes vary and are included in the filing total shown here. They are not part of the automatic renewal; Corply shows the exact itemized total and asks you to approve it when due. State charges and Corply’s filing fee are collected together.

Delaware charges the lower of two franchise-tax methods. With your authorized shares the estimate uses the assumed-par-value method's $400 minimum unless the authorized-shares method is lower; higher gross assets can raise it. The annual report fee, registered-agent renewal and Corply service fees are itemized separately.
Due March 1 for the prior calendar year.
The initial formation includes your first 12 months of registered-agent service. The fixed $100 renewal begins after that year. State report and tax charges are separately approved whenever due, including the first filing cycle.
