Bring your company. Keep the work you’ve done.

Import a Delaware C-Corp or Florida LLC into Corply, have your existing documents reviewed, and get help completing the missing steps.

One checklist, in your browser or chat

Upload the filed charter, bylaws or operating agreement, signed founder stock agreements, 83(b) elections and mailing evidence, and IRS EIN letter you already have. Corply reviews each applicable item and keeps setup pending until the required evidence is accepted.

FAQ

Which companies can I import?
Existing Delaware C-Corps and Florida LLCs. Importing does not form a second entity or refile completed formation work.
What if I have some documents but not others?
Choose what you already have, upload PDFs, and request Corply's help with missing documents, EIN or banking. Corply reviews the scope and quote before charging for one-time work. Timing-sensitive filings require review of the dates.
How is my company verified?
Corply screens the company name and EIN format where available. A reviewer verifies the filed company record and supporting documents. A name lookup or valid EIN format alone is not proof of existence, good standing or ownership.
Can I do this through my AI agent?
Yes. Your connected agent asks one multiple-choice question at a time. Upload PDFs through a drag-and-drop webpage or paste a public PDF link in chat. The documents and their review status appear in your company workspace.
When do annual services start?
Choose start now, prepay a year starting after the next state annual tax date, or no service. Both paid choices are charged at checkout. The receipt identifies the covered dates and filing; government charges require separate approval. Registered-agent service renews annually after the prepaid year unless cancelled.
